Sandy (Somma) and Phil Lucchesi recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 4th at the Hampstead House in Methuen. The party was attended by family and close friends.
They have two daughters, Debbie and Denise.
Sandy and Phil are natives of Lawrence. Sandy is retired from Daher Shoes. Phil is retired from Drake's.

Mr. & Mrs. William J. Guay of Methuen celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary at a party given by their family at Jacksons Restaurant.
Mrs. Guay, a native of Methuen is the former Pauline T. Hamel and is retired from the Internal Revenue Service. Her husband, a native of Methuen, is retired from The Gillette Company.
Harry and Roberta Takesian of Groveland celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary with a catered clambake and party at the Groveland Congregational Church.
The couple, both Haverhill natives and graduates of Haverhill High School, Class of 1941, were married on March 21, 1942 in Haverhill.
Emanuel J. Gianni and Geraldine F. (Parolisi) Gianni of Haverhill are celebrating fifty years of marriage today. They have two daughters, Elaine Aziz and Christine Eldridge, a son-in-law, Roger J. Aziz, Jr., three grandchildren, Destinee Herrera, Alexandra Eldridge, and Austin Aziz, and a very special great-granddaughter, Kasidee Alexandra Castro.

Louise J. (Lefebvre) and Russell V.J. Chaput of Haverhill celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
Louise & Russell met in 1947. They were engaged in 1950 and married on October 21, 1951. They had 3 children Russell, Dianne and Linda. Russell passed on in 2002.
Local man, PVT Justin James Isaac, 18, of Haverhill, graduated from United States Marine Corps boot camp at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island on 1-13-2012. PVT Isaac successfully completed 13 weeks of intensive basic training at MCRD Parris Island as one of the 67 recruits in Training Platoon 3005.

Eunice Donovan Cunningham celebrated her 95th Birthday at an intimate dinner party with her family at the Hart House in Ipswich, MA.
Eunice, formally of Lawrence, MA, now resides in Topsfield, MA with her daughter Judy and her husband Skip Forrest. Eunice has three daughters, Judy Forrest of Topsfield, Nancy Perrault of Methuen and Susan Perusse of Methuen. She also has six grandchildren who idealize her; Lt. Col. Martin Forrest of North Carolina, Brendan Forrest of Wakefield, MA, Capt. Patrick Forrest of North Carolina, Jillian Perrault of Methuen, and Nicole & Renee Perusse, both of Methuen.
Dick and Marie Chaput, longtime residents of Winslow, ME and Merrimac, MA, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at a dinner held in their honor at the Kingston 1686 House. They were married on September 9, 1961.

Roland and Nancy Boucher recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a surprise dinner party held in their honor at the Phoenician Restaurant in Haverhill.
The Bouchers were married at the First Baptist Church in Haverhill on December 9, 1951 by Reverend Clarence Gilbert. They are the proud parents of five children, Roland Boucher Jr., Lynne Benedetto, Gary Boucher, Stephen Boucher, and Daniel Boucher.
