Maloney's white 2005 Nissan Maxima remained parked on Kent Street (left) at the intersection of South Union and Kent streets last night following an accident that sent another car crashing through a fence, bushes and into a porch at 534 South Union St. Maloney was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, second offense, and a marked lane violation. The crash occurred at 7:45 p.m.
