CARL RUSSO/Staff photo. As of 9 p.m. on Wednesday Lawrence City Clerk William J. Maloney's white 2005 Nissan Maxima remained parked on Kent Street (left) at the intersection of South Union and Kent streets last night following an accident that sent another car crashing through a fence, bushes and into a porch at 534 South Union St. Maloney was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, second offense, and a marked lane violation. The crash occurred at 7:45 p.m.
