Texas Oil Barge-6

Portion of a barge is submerged after it collided with a ship in the Houston Ship Channel Saturday March 22, 2014. The barge is carrying 924,000 gallons heavy fuel oil and is leaking. The barge was being towed from Texas City to Bolivar at the time. Kirby Inland Marine, owner of the tow vessel Miss Susan and the barge, is working with the Coast Guard and Texas General Land Office at the scene, according to the Coast Guard.
