State Senator Steve Baddour laughs after Sal Lupoli, CEO of the Sal's pizza chain and Riverwalk Mills complex brings him a pizza. Baddour had made some comments about the corned beef and cabbage at Marty Meehan's St. Patrick's luncheon at DiBurro's in Haverhill in 2006. Lupoli has been very good at developing relationships with local, state and federal politicians to help his businesses succeed.
