Nester Rivera of Manchester, N.H., points to the spot at Kingston, N.H., State Park where a Methuen 4-year-old nearly drowned. Rivera was the first to spot the child who he described as "going up and down in the water, gasping for breath," and he was the one who called Kingston Police Chief Donald Brigss for help.
