Ruston Prothro appears in Lawrence District Court yesterday with his lawyer Victoria Ranieri. He was charged by State Police with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop for police, resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer and being a fugitive from justice on a governor's warrant.
