The Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce and Sal Lupoli, owner of Salvatore's Restaurants, celebrated the opening of Salvatore's Restaurants' fifth location at 34 Park St., Andover Monday. The 140-seat restaurant has a 20-seat bar and a separate take-out area. The restaurant specializes in Italian cuisine featuring locally sustainable products and quality ingredients like buffalo mozzarella from Campania, artisan cheeses and handcrafted pastas. It is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., bar is open until 11 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., bar is open until midnight; and Sundays noon to 10 p.m., bar is open until 11 p.m.
