ANDOVER: The clear and slightly cool weather attracted hundreds of people to Andover's Holiday Happenings, sponsored by the Andover Business Center Association friday night. The event, which closes downtown Main Street, brings shoppers downtown for bargains and to enjoy a variety of activities. Families enjoyed horse-drawn wagon rides, caroling, music and the main event; the arrival of Santa to light the Christmas tree. Tatum Ahern, 3 has eyes for Frosty the Snowman.
