Quota International of Lawrence: March 31 Dr. Nina E. Scarito Leadership Award dinner Quota International of Lawrence gave its Dr. Nina E. Scarito Leadership Award to Methuen High School principal and former Assistant Superintendent of the Methuen Public Schools Arthur Nicholson III. The award named for the late Merrimack Valley obstetrician and founding member of the Quota Club is given annually to an unsung hero who gives back to the community and espouses the doctor's values. Dr. Scarito was involved in many civic and service organizations in the area.
