Police remove caution tape from in front of a driveway of an industrial building on Winter Street, next to Little River and across from the Haffner's gas station and car wash. Haverhill police and members of the State Police assigned to the Essex District Attorney's Office were at that scene for several hours on Friday afternoon gathering evidence. Police charged a 21-year-old Haverhill man with taking part in an attack on another man, resulting in serious injuries to the victim.
