Crews working on the two bridges at Exit 3 off Interstate 93 in Windham ran into overtime yesterday morning. That kept Route 111 closed hours beyond the scheduled time and disrupted the morning commute. Delays in overnight work Monday kept crews working into yesterday morning, forcing detours during the morning commute on Route 111 at the bridges at exit 3 on I-93 Southbound in Windham.
