A clipper system moving over the Great Lakes will transfer its energy to a storm loaded with moisture off of the Mid-Atlantic coastline. This storm will then track up the coast, forming a significant nor'easter. Strong winds, blizzard conditions, and well over a foot of snow are expected as a result. The worst of the storm will hit Friday night.
