Breaking: Reports of stabbings in Haverhill

Early this morning there were reports of stabbings in downtown Haverhill.

Police were scrambling ambulances. It was unclear how many people were stabbed, but two people on Twitter said that it was eight people.

Haverhill police were unable to confirm last night whether or not there were stabbings, and if so how many people were stabbed.

Another person tweeted "Haverhill parties always end with someone fighting or getting stabbed. Why can't you just enjoy the time or don't even party at all?"

We will continue to follow this story throughout the day, and update information as it is available. Check back at eagletribune.com.
