Paul Boulanger and Kathy Gallagher of North Andover’s Turtle Lane Maple Farm show samples of different grades of syrup they have made. Each year the Massachusetts Department of Agriculture, along with the Massachusetts Maple Association, select a sugarhouse to host the Maple Month Kickoff. This year, Turtle Lane was chosen.
