Brother accused of slashing his two siblings in Attleboro

ATTLEBORO, Mass. (AP) — An Attleboro man is accused of slashing his brother and sister during a domestic dispute.

Police tell WPRI-TV that 23-year-old Peter Chem was arrested at a home on Holman Street just after 3 a.m. yesterday and charged with assault and battery.

They say Chem was arguing with his brother when he grabbed a knife and slashed his brother in the head. Police say the sister suffered a cut to her hand when she tried to intervene.

Police say neither injury was life-threatening.

Chem is due in court on today.
