Earthquake shakes Valley

Did you feel that?

Locals from Salisbury to Methuen, from Lake Winnepesaukee to Boston reported feeling the earth move and hearing a loud rumble a few minutes ago.

There has been a 4.6 magnitude quake reported from Portland, Maine, which is believed to be the cause.

Methuen resident Frank Ford said heard a rumbling and then his house shook.

"It was like it came off the ground," he said. "It was a very forceful thing."
