WESTFORD -- Jon Golnik has declared victory over Tom Weaver in today's Republican primary in the 3rd Congressional District.

Golnik declared victory moments ago inside his Westford campaign headquarters.

The 3rd Congressional District represents Lawrence, Haverhill, Methuen, Andover and 33 other Massachusetts communities.

Weaver, 60, is from Westford.
