Haverhill High graduation postponed to Sunday

HAVERHILL — The Haverhill High School graduation has been postponed from Friday to Sunday, due to rain expected during the next two days.

This afternoon, school officials announced the ceremony will be Sunday at 1 p.m. in Trinity Stadium on Lincoln Avenue.

The graduation was originally planned for Friday at 6 p.m. in the stadium.

Earlier today, school officials said they planned to move the ceremony to Saturday if it rained Friday. But then they decided to make the change to Sunday to avoid the storm, which is expected to continue into Saturday.
