GEORGETOWN — The Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce, with co-organizer Nunan Florist & Greenhouses and in partnership with exclusive sponsor Georgetown Bank, will host their second annual Caribbean Escape event on Feb. 28, from 6:30 to 10 p.m. in Nunan’s greenhouse, located at 269 Central St., Georgetown. This event, open to the public, will boast a tiki bar, food provided by Uno Pizzeria and Grill and Romano’s Pizza, a digital photo booth provided by Tapsnap, a live steel drummer and live DJ. Guests are asked to dress in tropical attire, as best costume will be rewarded. The Chamber and Nunan Florist will also host several contests to win more prizes, including a scavenger hunt and limbo competition. Raffle tickets will be sold for a chance to win several raffle prizes including two scratch ticket prizes, a rum basket, gift certificate basket and more. Tickets are $25 per person or $40 for two. LAWRENCE — The agencies of Home Health Foundation announce the 2014 Legacy of Leading honorees as Thomas Mortimer, president and CEO of Haverhill Bank and Naomi Predergast, president and CEO of D’Youville Life and Wellness Community. Both will be celebrated at this annual dinner ceremony on April 10, at 5:30 p.m. at the Andover Country Club. Each year, the Legacy of Leading pays tribute to those in the community who show great support of the health and wellbeing of the Greater Merrimack Valley communities, as well as a commitment to the mission of the agencies of Home Health Foundation.
