LOWELL — Richard Bolton Jr., President and CEO, announces that LowellBank has selected the SilverLake Core Processing System, offered through Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., to provide bank-wide automation. This core processing upgrade is one step in a bank-wide initiative to focus on and improve the total LowellBank customer experience.
The SilverLake installation will facilitate upgrades to LowellBank’s remote banking options for both personal and business banking customers. A single sign-on application will allow small business and commercial customers account access, transaction origination information, and complete account management capabilities from multiple electronic devices. Consumers will enjoy many of the same options including the ability to deposit checks remotely via their smart phone.
LowellBank’s conversion to the Jack Henry core processing system is scheduled to take place over Veteran’s Day weekend in November.
