HAVERHILL — The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Haverhill donated $500 to the Kingston, N.H., police department’s Elderly Emergency Heating Assistance Fund. The donation was made through Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the company’s charitable foundation. The Elderly Emergency Heating Assistance Fund helps seniors in the community pay their heating bills. Sales associates affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office, located at 40 Kenoza Ave., in Haverhill, presented the donation to the Kingston Police Chief Donald Briggs. The Haverhill office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has been a consistent supporter of local charitable organizations. In recent months, the office’s sales associates collected food donations for a food pantry in Plaistow, N.H., and collected and donated cellphones to help victims of domestic violence.

BOSTON — Karen Gately Herrick, with RE/MAX Leading Edge, has earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation in recognition of her experience, knowledge and expertise in the luxury home market. Herrick was recently recognized as a RE/MAX Top 25 of New England performer and has achieved numerous other awards. She has gone through specialized training and met the required performance standards in the upper tier market. She has been in real estate since 2003 and specializes in the Reading area including Lynnfield, North Reading, Winchester, and Andover. Herrick is an active community volunteer, longtime Reading Town Meeting member, and is also serving on the Finance and Library Building Committees.
