LONDONDERRY — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England is pleased to welcome Christine Baranofsky of East Hampstead and Erin Gilbert of Derry to the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Londonderry. As sales associates, Baranofsky and Gilbert will provide residential real estate services in Londonderry as well as the surrounding communities.

BOSTON — On behalf of MARIC, Inc., a Needham-based owner, manager and developer of real estate in the Greater Boston area, CBRE/New England announces that four leases totaling 17,875 square feet have been inked at New England Business Center in Andover. MARIC, Inc. has owned and managed the four-building, 237,000 square foot master-planned office park since December 2012. Three office deals were completed at 10 New England Business Center with Visibility Corporation for 6,887 square feet, BirdDog Solutions for 5,412 square feet, and Oxford Global Resources for 3,433 square feet. An office deal was signed with Proactis for 2,143 square feet at 35 New England Business Center. CBRE/New England’s Kerry Olson Hawkins, First Vice President, represented the landlord in all of the transactions. Visibility Corporation, a leading developer and supplier of business software solutions, was self-represented. Stephen Rich of UGL Equis represented BirdDog Solutions, transportation logistics and procurement experts. Jake Borden of CBRE/NE represented Oxford Global Resources, a leading provider of information technology and engineering consultants. Rob LeClair of Boston Realty Advisors represented Proactis, a provider of spend control and e-procurement solutions for the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

LAWRENCE — Michael Santana and Jose Estrella of the Coco, Early & Associates Star Division in Lawrence, announce that Jennelle Graziano is now a part of their team. The Star Division, located at 300 Essex St., in Lawrence, has eight full-time multilingual agents. Graziano has been in the industry for 11 years and is a certified translator. She will service clients throughout the Merrimack Valley. Prior to real estate, Graziano owned her own beauty salon and supply store. She lives in Needham with her family.
