HUDSON, N.H. — DataShredder Corporation, located in Hudson, N.H., is now the vendor for on site confidential document destruction of The Eagle-Tribune Publishing Company. DataShredder Corporation also offers media and hard drive destruction as well as electronics recycling.

LAWRENCE — Lawrence Pumps Inc. has been selected to supply the Canadian engineering company SNC-Lavalin with specialized slurry pumps for the new Fort Hills mining and extraction plant that will be operated by Petro-Canada. Eighteen engineered fully-lined slurry pumps, designed and manufactured by Lawrence Pumps, will process a viscous, highly abrasive and flammable solvent/bitumen slurry into upgradable crude.

NORTH ANDOVER — Dr. Rachelle King of North Andover has recently completed Module 2 of Graston Technique. The two module program includes lecture and laboratory applications of the technique in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of soft-tissue injuries of the upper and lower extremities, as well as the spine.

LAWRENCE — Elizabeth Covino of Andover was promoted to director of community relations and development at Merrimack Valley YMCA, headquartered in Lawrence. She is responsible for public relations, communication strategies, annual fund, as well as special events. She serves on the YMCA of the USA's National Marketing Advisory Committee.

NORTH ANDOVER — Paul Rokos of North Andover has accepted the position of vice president of sales at GMC Software, North America. Rokos has been with GMC since 2006.

LAWRENCE — Lawrence Attorney Rebecca Woodworth-Brodie was selected by Massachusetts Lawyer's Weekly Magazine as one of its 2008 Up and Coming Attorneys. Brodie opened her own firm, Brodie and Brodie, to advocate for clients who do not qualify for legal aid.

ANDOVER — George Moore, a lawyer who practices out of Devine Millimet's Andover office, was selected for inclusion in New England Super Lawyers 2008. Moore handles general litigation.
