---- — Now that the roads have been paved, developer Ron Brown anticipates a steady flow of visitors to view the site of The Falls at Gunstock in Plaistow, N.H., where 40 custom, luxury, detached residences will be built.

With cooperative weather so far, construction has move forward at a steady pace. At this pace, summer 2013 occupancy is expected. Now is the time to make the move and reserve your lot, Brown said, especially if you want to choose the outside color of you home.

Over the past few weeks there have been many other steps forward in the development of the neighborhood. Distribution systems have been approved, wells have been drilled, and planting areas have been added. The process of installing street lights has also come underway.

Driving down the freshly paved road, you can now get a true sense of the layout of the neighborhood. The natural surroundings of the 50-plus acre property are breathtaking. With a 75-mile clear view to the mountains, the feeling of the property is tranquil and serene. It is rural and private, yet it is still convenient to major highways and services important to home buyers. It is located off Sweet Hill Road, which connects to Route 108 with access to Interstate 495.

In addition to the beautiful surroundings, each of the 40 units will be “totally customizable,” according to Brown. Living space will range from 1,250 to 1,800 square feet, and each unit will offer two bedrooms, two full baths and two-space garages. The will also come equipped with natural gas heating systems and central air conditioning.

These homes will offer privacy that is not common with adult communities. They will be between 40 and 80 feet away from each other. This space will be unique to each homeowner.

“Residents will have the freedom to use their outdoor space how they please with plenty of space and privacy to do so,” said Brown. “Many active adults enjoy gardening and other outdoor activities that they will not have to give up when they come here.”

The Falls at Gunstock will also offer a clubhouse with an abundance of amenities and a swimming pool for residents to enjoy in the warmer months. “An added bonus is that the clubhouse and swimming pool will be up as soon as the first few units are built,” said Brown. “Usually residents in other developments have to wait until the entire subdivision is built before they can enjoy these amenities. We don’t want people to have to wait.”

The Falls will also feature two beautiful waterfalls, walking trails, an area for RV parking, and beautiful street lights lining the street.

With construction on its way and a summer 2013 occupancy expected, The Falls at Gunstock is a truly unique opportunity for the active adult home buyer, and Brown urges buyers to get in early to begin customizing their dream home.
