NORTH ANDOVER — The North Andover Merchants Association (NAMA) will host the second annual Fall Festival, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the grounds of the North Andover Knights of Columbus, 505 Sutton St. Food vendors, merchants and crafters are sought. The event offers an opportunity for small businesses to promote themselves, their services and products. It also includes live music, children’s games and activities, a haunted house for all ages, hay rides, a beer and wine tent, an evening bonfire and hot chocolate at dusk. Booth space for merchants/crafters is $25 for members, $50 for nonmembers. Food vendor fee is $50 for members and $100 for nonmembers. A food permit is required from the town. Rain or shine.
