NORTH ANDOVER — The North Andover Merchants Association (NAMA) will host the second annual Fall Festival, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the grounds of the North Andover Knights of Columbus, 505 Sutton St. Food vendors, merchants and crafters are sought.
