LAWRENCE— Gerry-Lynn Darcy, vice president of real estate for the Lupoli Companies, has been honored by Banker &Tradesman magazine as one of its 2014 Women of FIRE.
The award celebrates the best and brightest women in the Massachusetts FIRE (Finance, Insurance and Real Estate) industries.
Darcy, a key female player in the local FIRE sector, was selected along with 13 other industry innovators as a woman who is achieving excellence and making a difference in these traditionally male-dominated categories.
Darcy has over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has built her career by effectively collaborating with developers, designers and owners on several nationally recognized development projects.
“I am honored to be recognized by Banker & Tradesman and I look forward to sharing this award with many other talented women in the industry.” she said in a statement released y the Lupoli Companies. “Together we strive to make a significant impact for the benefit of those younger women who are blazing trails in their respective fields”.
