LONDONDERRY — Cornerstone Construction Company of Manchester is partnering with FoodState Nutrients (formerly BioSan Laboratories), maker of the MegaFood line of dietary supplements, to expand its New Hampshire manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
Working with Stibler Associates of Manchester, Cornerstone was hired to provide an analysis of FoodState’s space requirements and assess whether the company should build, buy, or expand its current locations. Cornerstone subsequently was awarded a design-build contract to renovate and build-out a facility at 11 Delta Drive in Londonderry.
FoodState is relocating its current dry manufacturing facility from a Derry location to 11 Delta Drive. Approximately 15,000 square feet of the Delta Drive building was already being used by FoodState as a distribution center and warehouse. Renovation of the building’s remaining 25,000 square feet will accommodate the increased production capacity.
Completion of the work is expected by early fall.
