---- — After much anticipation and careful planning, developer Ron Brown is pleased to announce that The Falls at Gunstock in Plaistow, NH is set to start construction this January. The Falls will be an active adult community of 40 custom, luxury detached residences.

At a “lobstah” bake earlier this month, over 275 people got the chance to preview the site where the Falls at Gunstock is set to be built. “Those who attended appreciated the fact that we opened the site for previewing before actual construction begins, said Brown. “This gave them the opportunity to get the full impact the beautiful surroundings where these homes will be built.”

The natural surroundings of the 50-plus-acre property are breathtaking, to say the least. With a 75 mile clear view to the mountains, the feeling of the property is tranquil and serene.

In the fal, it is bursting with the rich, colorful foliage that can only be found in New England. It is rural and private, yet it is still convenient to major highways and services important to home buyers. It is located off Sweet Hill Road, which connects to Route 108 with access to Interstate 495.

In addition to the beautiful surroundings, each of the 40 units will be “totally customizable,” according to Brown.

Living space will range from 1,250 to 1,800 square feet, and each unit will offer two bedrooms, two full baths and two garages. They will also come equipped with natural gas heating systems.

“What impresses me most about this development is that is totally unique from what I have seen out there,” said Brown. “Each buyer will have the opportunity to come in and really make the space their own.”

“At the ‘lobstah’ bake preview, people were very enthusiastic over the idea of customizing to their own taste and not having to settle for builder status quo. The option of choosing their exterior color was probably the number one perk.”

Another special feature is that because the homes will be single-family style condominiums, every home will have plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.

“Residents will have the freedom to use their outdoor space how they please and with plenty of space to do so,” added Brown. “Many active adults enjoy gardening and other outdoor activities that they will not have to give up when they come here.”

The Falls at Gunstock will also offer a clubhouse with an abundance of amenities and a swimming pool for residents to enjoy in the warmer months.

“An added bonus is that the clubhouse and swimming pool will be up as soon as the first few units are built,” said Brown. “Usually residents in other developments have to wait until the entire sub-division is built before they can enjoy these amenities. We don’t want people to have to wait.”

The Falls will also feature two beautiful waterfalls and walking trails and an area for RV parking.

With construction on its way, The Falls at Gunstock is a truly unique opportunity for the active adult home buyer. Active adults will be able to continue to enjoy single-family living but with fewer responsibilities. Brown urges buyers to get in early to give them the advantage of customizing their dream home.
