SALEM, Mass. — Jonathan Ofilos has been named partner with the firm, Tinti, Quinn, Grover & Frey, P.C. Ofilos has been an associate with the firm since 2009 and has concentrated his practice in the areas of Commercial Real Estate, Financing Transactions, Business Law and Creditors Rights. Prior to his association with the firm, he served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.

HAVERHILL — ErgoMet, a manufacturer of precision sheet metal parts and assemblies, earned ISO 2008:9001 certification. ErgoMet was founded in January 1999 by John Gianakouras with four associates in a 2,500 square foot leased facility. As a result of continued growth, the company now has 25 associates occupying a 32,000 square foot company owned facility located at 60 Ward Hill Ave., in the Ward Hill Industrial Park in Haverhill. Services provided by ErgoMet include planning, engineering, manufacturing of precision sheet metal parts, and mechanical assemblies. ErgoMet can also provide inventory management plans that allow the customer to meet their schedules.

LOWELL — Bringing over 35 years of commercial banking experience to her position as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Bank and Regional Manager of the Lawrence-Methuen-Andover region, Eileen Regan has joined the Enterprise Bank family. A seasoned community banker, Regan is a well-respected financial services professional who has continually achieved success throughout her career, coming to Enterprise from Sovereign Bank. Involved in numerous civic and community endeavors, she is a board member of the Greater Lawrence Revolving Loan Fund, and an advisory board member of Elder Services of Lawrence. Regan, a Methuen resident, has been honored at the Lawrence YWCA Tribute to Women and is a member of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce.
