WALTHAM — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England, has donated $1,000 to Father Bill’s & MainSpring.
Father Bill’s & MainSpring is a Quincy-based organization dedicated to ending homelessness in southeastern Massachusetts. The nonprofit organization offers a range of services, including emergency shelter and workforce development, to meet the needs of individuals facing homelessness.
Sales associates and employees of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage donate a portion of their sales commissions or paychecks to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, which supports nonprofit organizations throughout New England like Father Bill’s & MainSpring.
The primary purpose of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares is to provide financial assistance to housing-related causes in the communities where Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England has a presence. Since its inception, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares has donated millions of funds to hundreds of nonprofit organizations. LONDONDERRY — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England welcomes Hampstead resident, Karen Batts, to the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Londonderry. As a sales associate, Batts will provide residential real estate services in Londonderry as well as the surrounding towns.

METHUEN — Linda Early, president of Coco, Early & Associates, was a speaker at the LeadingRE Fall Workshop in Providence, R.I.
