Father Bill’s & MainSpring is a Quincy-based organization dedicated to ending homelessness in southeastern Massachusetts. The nonprofit organization offers a range of services, including emergency shelter and workforce development, to meet the needs of individuals facing homelessness.

The primary purpose of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares is to provide financial assistance to housing-related causes in the communities where Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England has a presence. Since its inception, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares has donated millions of funds to hundreds of nonprofit organizations. LONDONDERRY — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England welcomes Hampstead resident, Karen Batts, to the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Londonderry. As a sales associate, Batts will provide residential real estate services in Londonderry as well as the surrounding towns.

METHUEN — Linda Early, president of Coco, Early & Associates, was a speaker at the LeadingRE Fall Workshop in Providence, R.I. The meeting attracted brokers, sales managers and relocation professionals from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, a global network of over 500 premiere real estate firms. The workshop gave participants the opportunity to examine the latest real estate market trends and share business tactics aimed at improving services for home buyers and sellers.
