Linda Batta of Salem, N.H. proudly announces the engagement of her daughter, Nicole Jamila Batta, to Edward Elder Archibald, son of Geraldine Bousquet of Salem, N.H. and Edward Archibald of Londonderry, N.H. Nicole is also the daughter of George Batta of Salem, N.H.
Nicole is a graduate of Salem High School. She received her associate degree in fashion merchandising from Southern New Hampshire University and is a Certified Medical Assistant, EKG tech & phlebotomist. She is a medical assistant for Dr. Deepak Sharma, pediatrician, in Salem, N.H.
Edward attended Methuen High School. He is an auto body technician for North Andover Auto Body in North Andover.
A destination wedding at the Sandals Resort in Antigua is planned for June 24, 2008. A reception will follow on July 26, 2008.
