BRADFORD — Prudential Ben Consoli Realtors, located at 297 South Main St., in Bradford, introduces their newest associate, Carrie Anderson-Paquette. Anderson-Paquette, a lifelong resident of the Merrimack Valley, graduated from Springfield College with a master’s degree in organizational leadership and from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a bachelor’s degree in visual communications.

ANDOVER — Keller Williams Realty Andover welcomes Steven Fisichelli and Joseph Fisichelli of Methuen to its team. For nearly 30 years, the Fisichelli brothers have served homebuyers and sellers in the Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire. Most recently, they worked as “The Fisichelli Team” for RE/MAX Prestige in Methuen.

A REALTOR since 1984, Steven Fisichelli holds GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designations. He is a member of the Northeast and Massachusetts Associations of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the St. Alfio Society. He has earned annual sales awards from RE/MAX of New England, as well as numerous industry awards, including twice being recognized as Realtor of the Year by the Northeast Association of REALTORS.

Joseph Fisichelli is also a GRI and a Certified Residential Specialist, and has been a REALTOR since 1986. He is a trained Construction Supervisor and has a CS Builder’s License. He holds memberships with the Northeast and Massachusetts Associations of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. He has been recognized with numerous top sales and industry awards, including Distinguished Service and Realtor of the Year awards from the Northeast Association of REALTORS.

The Fisichellis are the former owners and operators of RE/MAX Preferred in Andover and Methuen (1985-2009), where they managed more than 60 agents and closed over 1,000 transactions annually, achieving a number one real estate company ranking in the region. They sold their office in 2009 to focus solely on listing and selling residential real estate. In 2013, they closed 76 deals.
