The Council for Timberlane Athletics, is partnering with Banks Chevrolet and raffling off a brand new 2014 Chevy Spark 1LS valued at $14,305. Tickets are $100 and there are 300 tickets being sold. All net proceeds will benefit all of the sports teams at Timberlane Regional High School. The drawing will be held on May 16. The winner does not need to be present to win. Pentucket Kiwanis Club of Haverhill, meets at 6:30 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays at Maria’s Restaurant, 81 Essex St., Haverhill. Help support and give back to children in the local community. Kiwanis’ mission is to serve the children of the world, one child and one community at a time.

The Adult Scrabble Club, meets every other Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Nevins Memorial Library, 305 Broadway, Methuen. All competition levels are welcome and light refreshments will be served.
