Informational Session: Homeowner Options for Mass. Elders (H.O.M.E.), 1 p.m. at the Methuen Senior Activity Center, 77 Lowell St. Len Raymond will be the speaker. This nonprofit counseling agency helps elders evaluate budget needs, attempts to pair them with programs designed to free up cash for monthly expenses, loan modifications and provides information on a range of loan options. Discussion to include cost gap, recent trends and roadblocks elders experience. All are invited to attend this free informational session. Call 978-983-8825.

Groveland Community Trail,” 10 a.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 183 Main St., Groveland. The Groveland Open Space and Trails Committee will answer questions about the development of a 3.25 mile recreational trail through South Groveland, in close proximity to Nichols and Whitestone Village. The trail will be for all ages and abilities. The project will come before voters at the April 28 Annual Town Meeting to commit Community Preservation (CPA) funds for development.
