Saturday, March 16

Annual Free Market, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 471 Main St., Haverhill. Hosted by The Vine, in partnership with Good Shepherd. Customers are given tickets to pay for purchases, but everything is free. The public is invited. A free bread and soup lunch will be served. The two organizations are looking for donations of household goods and clothing to make available for free to the Haverhill community. Televisions, computers or large pieces of furniture cannot be accepted. Donated items can be dropped off at the church on March 14, from 5 to 7 p.m., March 15, from 5 to 8 p.m., and March 16, from 8 to 10 a.m. 603-203-4917, email zoomblaster@yahoo.com.

Fourth annual Comedy Night, 8 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom of the Atkinson Country Club. Cocktail hour and hors d’oeuvres start at 7 p.m. The comedy show will feature Paul Gilligan, Bob Seibel and Mike Murray. There will also be raffles and surprises. Hosted by the Plaistow Lions Club, all of the proceeds will go to the Local Charities Fund to help with various projects throughout the year. Tickets are $30. St. Joseph School of All Saints Parish’s annual Auction & Comedy Night, 5:30 p.m. registration at DiBurro’s in Ward Hill. The event will feature a comedy show, food and cocktails, raffles and exclusive auction items. Tickets are $35 per person. sjshav.com.
