---- — MERRIMACK & NASHOBA VALLEYS — The Northeast Association of REALTORS (NEAR) reports that the combined sales of single family homes sold in the 15 cities and towns from Boxford to Littleton in July had a median sales price of $337,000, an increase of 8.9 percent compared with the median of $330,500 in July of 2012. The median sales price for condominiums sold in July was $190,000, a 3.6 percent decrease over the median of $197,000 recorded in July of 2012. However, condominium prices are still up 14.7 percent for January through July of 2013 compared with 2012. Multi-family prices increased 20.9 percent, with a median of $245,000, compared to $203,000 in July 2012. This report is based on data from MLS Property Information Network in Shrewsbury. The Northeast Association of REALTORS is one of 1,500 local chapters of the National Association of REALTORS. Officially, NEAR covers 15 cities and towns from Boxford to Littleton, though it has members from more than 50 cities and towns in the Merrimack and Nashoba valleys, as well as southern New Hampshire.

LAWRENCE — Michael Santana and Jose Estrella of the Coco, Early & Associates Star Division in Lawrence, announce that Jennelle Graziano is now a part of their team. The Star Division, located at 300 Essex St., in Lawrence, has eight full-time multilingual agents. Graziano has been in the industry for 11 years and is a certified translator. She will service clients throughout the Merrimack Valley. Prior to real estate, Graziano owned her own beauty salon and supply store. She lives in Needham with her family.
