The St. Clare League of Catholic Women, will host the Rev. John Delaney, Chaplain, for a Mass on Monday, April 8, noon at DiBurro’s Restaurant in Haverhill. A luncheon will follow. Guests and new members are welcome. For more information, call 978-683-3085.

Methuen Sons of Italy Lodge No. 902, is now accepting applications for their 2013 Scholarship Awards. Applicants must be of Italian descent and affiliated with the Lodge. Application forms are available on-line or may be picked up at the Lodge, located at 459 Merrimack St., Methuen. The application deadline is March 29. The Atkinson Women’s Civic Club (AWCC), wishes to reward and assist Atkinson seniors who have been involved in their community through volunteer, civic, local government, Scouting, and similar activities. To do this, the AWCC is granting two $500 scholarships to college-bound Atkinson graduates in the class of 2013. Qualifying students can be graduating from any accredited high school but must reside in Atkinson during their senior year. Applications are due by March 15. The Knights of Columbus & Kiwanis of Salem, will host pancake breakfasts from 8 to 10:30 a.m. on the first Sunday of each month through June. The breakfasts will be held at the Knights of Columbus, 37 Main St., Salem, N.H. Dates include April 7, May 5, and June 2. Proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society Relay for Life Salem. The menu will consist of scrambled eggs, french toast, pancakes, sausages and beans. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for children, and $12 for a family of three or more.

The Plaistow Lions Club, is selling raffle tickets for a 2013 Harley Davidson Street Glide. The raffle donation is $100 per ticket and only 350 tickets will be sold. Second prize is an Apple iPad; third prize is $200. The winning tickets will be drawn on Saturday, June 29, at Plaistow Old Home Day. Proceeds from the raffle will go to Merrimack Valley Hospice and various Plaistow Lions Club charitable projects.
