WINDHAM — Coco, Early & Associates welcomes Melanie Norcross, formerly of Prudential Verani, to their new team of agents in the Windham office.

A Realtor since 2008, Norcross is also a Certified Negotiation Expert. Prior to working in realty, Norcross worked as assistant editor for the Derry News in Derry. She lives in Salem, N.H. with her family and is kept busy with her two daughters as an active volunteer in their school’s PTA.

PLAISTOW — Dianne Carlson, managing partner of the Plaistow Coco, Early and Associates Team, announces that Paul Sullivan has joined her team of Realtors.

Prior to joining Carlson’s team, Sullivan worked as the broker/owner of Paul Sullivan Real Estate in Atkinson, and was a broker associate for Century 21 Bridge Realty in Plaistow. He has been a real estate broker since 2000. He has lived in Atkinson for 24 years.

NORTH ANDOVER — Draper Real Estate announces its new broker/associate, Eric Asvestas. Asvestas is an award-winning seasoned professional with over 14 years’ experience in many facets of the real estate industry including construction management, investor purchase-sales, landlord-tenant relations, project management and marketing. He lives in North Andover with his wife and four children.

WINDHAM — Coco, Early & Associates welcomes Lea Batson to its new team of agents in the new Windham office.

Batson, who lives in Windham with her family, brings years of corporate experience with her. Previously, she held positions within South Carolina-based Milliken & Company in both human resources and its Corporate University.

WESTFORD — Members of the Northeast Association of Realtors (NEAR) gathered recently at association headquarters in Westford to elect officers and directors for 2013. Christopher Doherty of Prudential Howe & Doherty Realtors in Andover will be the 2013 president. Doherty has been a member of the Realtor Association since 1974 and has since held many leadership positions within the association, including president of the former Greater Lawrence Board of Realtors in 1990, the year in which he was honored as statewide Realtor of the Year.
