“Sunday Afternoon at the Music Hall” with organist Chandler Noyes, 3 p.m. at the Methuen Memorial Music Hall, 192 Broadway, Route 28. The afternoon will feature works by Sousa, Anderson, Williams, Bish, Strauss, and Gershwin. Tickets are $5 for adults, free for children. 978-685-0693, mmmh.org.

Professional stand up paddle-board demonstration, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Greater Lawrence Community Boating Program, Lawrence. With Pat Hall of Northeast Board Culture. Also includes races, a barbecue and a concert for the whole family. A $5 donation is requested.

Monday, Aug. 5

Toddler Story Time, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. or 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Nesmith Library, 8 Fellows Road, Windham. This program is only open to cardholders of the Nesmith Library. Toddler Time lasts about 20-25 minutes with 30 minutes following the session for parent/child social interaction. Parents are encouraged to participate, but asked to limit personal conversations until the 30-minute social period. For ages 18 months to 36 months with a caregiver. Boys & Girls Club of Greater Haverhill’s Fifth Annual Golf Tournament, 1 p.m. shotgun start at the Haverhill Country Club. Guest is Eric Lastowka, the RE/MAX World Long Drive Senior Champion. Tourney fees are $200 per player and $800 per foursome. Post tourney dinner is $50 per person. Sponsorships/tee signs are available.
