Haverhill’s Toastmasters club Friendly Persuasion Toastmasters, meet the second and fourth Monday of every month at 7 p.m. in the Haverhill Library, 99 Main St. Visit friendlypersuasion.org.

The Friends RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program), meets on the fourth Thursday of each month, 7 to 8 p.m. at the Kelley Library, 234 Main St., Salem, N.H. High School Musicians, are invited to share their musical talent by performing in the halls and lobbies of two local hospitals. Single or very small groups are needed to perform on a regular basis. Big Friends Little Friends, formerly Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Lawrence, matches children and youth with adults who serve as role models and friends. It is a one-year program in which the Big and Little consistently meet two to four times a month and spend between two and five hours together each time.
