TYNGSBORO — The Northeast Association of Realtors (NEAR) Community Service Committee sponsored a food drive to benefit the Merrimack Valley Food Bank. The NEAR Community Service Committee is dedicated to assisting individuals and groups in the Merrimack and Nashoba Valleys who are in need. Local charitable organizations helped by the group in the past year include: Community Teamwork, the Lazarus House in Lawrence, the Lowell Wish Project, Lowell House, the Notre Dame Education Center, St. Anne’s Home in Methuen, the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell, the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence, Lawrence Community Works, Budget Buddies, Girls Inc. of Greater Lowell, the SHIFT Coalition, the Lowell Salvation Army, the Merrimack Valley Housing Partnership, the Moody School and the Lincoln School, both in Lowell, and the Leahy School in Lawrence.

NEAR covers 15 cities and towns from Boxford to Littleton including Lowell and Lawrence, and has member offices in more than 50 cities and towns throughout the Merrimack and Nashoba Valleys as well as southern New Hampshire.



LONDONDERRY — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England welcomes Joan Pepin to the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Londonderry. As a sales associate, Pepin will provide residential real estate services in Londonderry as well as the surrounding towns. Pepin has chosen a career in real estate after working as a teacher in Boston. Pepin is a member of the Granite State South Board of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. She is licensed in Massachusetts as well as New Hampshire. She and her husband have 10 children and reside in Derry.



LONDONDERRY — Amanda Butler, a REALTOR with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Londonderry office, has achieved the Sales Associate of the Month award. She received this honor for achieving the highest number of sales volume for the month of June. Butler, a resident of Londonderry, is a committee member for Beautify Londonderry and a lacrosse coach for Londonderry High School.
