Fall Fair, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 23 Trestle Way, Georgetown. Proceeds will help the elderly tenants. Includes tables of baked goods, a white elephant table, clothing and miscellaneous items. Coffee and doughnuts will be offered from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Lunch will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. 978-352-2728.

Spicket River Cleanup, 9 a.m. to noon. The Methuen Rail Trail will work with Groundwork Lawrence. Trash bags and gloves will be provided. Registration from 8 to 9 a.m. A barbecue lunch will follow the cleanup. Methuen Rail Trail will host a children’s game on the trail. Find answers to the clues along the trail. Sheets will be provided at the Nevins Memorial Library from Sept. 5-15. “Anne Bradstreet: Founding Mother & First Poet,” 2 p.m. at Memorial Hall Library, 2 North Main St., Andover. In celebration of the 400th anniversary of the poet’s birth, Susan Lenoe will give a one-woman performance of Bradstreet’s life.
