WINDHAM — Cheryl Hazzard has joined the Coco, Early & Associates office in Windham. Hazzard comes to the company after working for five years at Berkshire Hathaway Verani. She helps clients throughout southern New Hampshire and has a special interest in the luxury markets. She lives in Derry with her husband and two young children.

BRADFORD — Amy Longtin has joined the Olivares, Molina, & Alperin Division of Coco, Early & Associates in Bradford as a Realtor. Longtin is licensed to help clients looking to buy or sell homes in Massachusetts. She lives in Salem, N.H., with her husband and two young boys. She also holds an associate’s degree in deaf studies and holds a certificate in American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting. Longtin will be working out of the Bradford office at 259 South Main St.
