Merrimack Valley Jewish Federation’s annual First Light celebration, 2:30 p.m. at Temple Emanuel, 7 Haggetts Pond Road, Andover. The community-wide Chanukah event and family concert will include a complimentary Latke Bar and Chanukah treats.
