Free Chronic Pain Workshop, 1 to 3:30 p.m. in Merrimack Valley Hospital’s first-floor auditorium, 140 Lincoln Ave., Haverhill. Participants will learn to control pain; deal with depression, frustration, isolation and poor sleep patterns; eat well, begin an exercise program, handle stress, relax, and increase energy levels.
