Methuen rail Trail Cleanup, 8:30 a.m. in the paved area behind the New England Shed Co., off of Union Street. The committee will be cutting back growth on both sides of the trail going south. Pot Luck Supper, 2 to 5 p.m. at the East Parish Meeting House, Middle Road, Haverhill. Neighbors can get together and share recipes. A silent auction will be held to raise monies for a $500 scholarship to be given to a Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School senior at graduation to use toward his/her field of study. Membership dues will be collected at this time, $10 for families, $5 for singles. Everyone is asked to bring a pot luck meal.
