Free Introduction to Yoga, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at UnionStudio Yoga, 305 North Main St., Route 28, Andover. Open to those who are new to yoga but not quite ready to jump into a class. The free one-hour class teaches principles of correct alignment, guidelines for breathing, and basic poses for strength, flexibility and balance. Psychic Fair Fundraiser, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 200 Broadway, Methuen. Sponsored by the Methuen American Legion Ladies’ Auxiliary Post 122, in their efforts to support the Haverhill Veterans’ Outreach Program. Free admission. Walk for Awareness, 1:30 p.m. at Riverside Park. The walk will begin in the Lincoln Avenue parking lot. Registration and sign in starts at 1 p.m. This is a dog and family friendly fundraiser to support children in the dialysis unit at Children’s Hospital Boston and to raise organ transplant awareness. 978-521-5659.
