METHUEN — Coco, Early & Associates announces its latest merger with The Star Real Estate Company, a Lawrence-based, full-service real estate agency. Eight full-time multilingual agents will be added to the growing roster of the Coco, Early & Associates’ family bringing the agency’s team total to more than 220 agents and support staff. Although The Star Real Estate Company office will remain at 300 Essex St., in Lawrence, it will soon bear signage with its new name Coco, Early & Associates, “The Star Division.” The merger is in effect immediately. New members of the Coco, Early & Associates’ Team “The Star Division” include: Michael Santana, Michael Silfa, Jose Ceped, Miguel Lora, Vinny Nunez, David Santana, Diomaris Pimentel, Jenelle Graziano, and Jose Estrella.

Coco, Early & Associates is the largest independent real estate agency in the area and currently has Massachusetts offices in Dracut, Haverhill, Lawrence and Methuen as well as New Hampshire offices in Epping, Hampstead, Plaistow, Salem and Windham.

BOSTON — Barry Dubé, Kari Forgione, and Stani Miteva of Cresa Boston recently provided Project Management services for Rockstar New England, a computer game development company, in the build-out of its new 21,503 square foot office at 3 Dundee Park, Suite 101, in Andover. Mitch Jacoby of Cresa Boston provided transaction management services as part of the company’s office lease expansion and relocation.

The company, a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive, was previously located at 300 Ballardvale St., (100 Burtt Road), in Andover. The three-month project included Cresa’s full-service delivery of relocation planning and management, vendor selection, and oversight of the construction and design.

Lincoln Architects provided architectural services for the project, while AKF served as the engineer, and Callahan Hoffman Co. was the general contractor.

Ellen Keller, vice president, represented the landlord, Ozzy Properties Inc., in the transaction. Orit Goldstein is the owner of the building.
